RealeWriter Email Support

The best channel for getting assistance with RealeWriter is through our support email address, support@realebooks.com. We always reply by the end of the next business day, and usually reply within a couple hours of receiving your question. You will very likely get a thoughtful answer from the product developer.

Sales and fulfillment questions should also be sent to our support email address, support@realebooks.com.

Some tips to help us help you:

  • Let us know about the computer you are using. Brand, model, operating system, version, installed RAM, etc.
  • Tell us what you did and what you expected to happen. Often, user expectations don’t quite match up with what RealeWriter does.
  • To track down problems, we often need the RealeBook (“.reb”) file. Please email it to us as an attachment if we ask for it. The Send RealeBook feature in RealeWriter does not actually send us what we need to track down problems.
  • If you have the direct email address of a RealeStudios partner, employee, or someone otherwise affiliated with the company, do not email support questions to them at that email address. Always use support@realebooks.com. This helps us get you a correct answer and notice problems that need to be fixed.

We also offer callback telephone support for customers who have less immediate issues. You can leave us a message at 303.484.2414. We typically call back by the end of the next business day.

  • Emailing support@realebooks.com always works better and faster.
  • Please speak clearly.
  • Leave your name and phone number. Leave your school name if applicable. Please spell your last name so that we can look up previous contacts with you.
  • Leave your email address so we can follow up by email if needed.
  • Briefly state the issue about which you are calling.
  • Suggest times in the next three days when we could reach you. Be sure to indicate your time zone.
